Design is a complex process, which is connected not only with the search for original solutions and ideas, but also with the documentation and approval of results, estimation of their efficiency, ability to allocate work to contractors and to manage the work process. The design process is always implemented by a group of people, that is why the work efficiency largely depends on how professionally this activity is managed.

  • Technical Customer at the design stage

    Performance of a set of actions intended to manage the design process and provide engineering support services for the Customer’s benefit. At the design stage we organize for the Customer a service (project team), which starts acting once the decision to design a facility (or decision to select a plot of land) is made and can finish its activity at different stages: completion of an examination, commissioning of the facility.
    Providing Technical Customer’s services we engage on the basis of a competition a third-party organization to act as a General Designer.


  • General Designer

    Development of design documentation for the construction of a Facility by our own efforts and by efforts of engaged organizations in order to obtain a positive opinion of an examination and a construction permit.

    Designer supervision


The major task of our specialists is to create design products best matching investor’s vision. The application of optimal design and technical solutions meeting all regulatory requirements and legal acts ensures investment-attractive economic project indicators.

IRBIS can both combine the functions of a Technical Customer, General Contractor and General Designer and provide services separately, should this be required to ensure successful implementation of an investment and construction project.
